Applied cleanup for apis/cloudhub: - 103 operationId renames (verbose By-prefixed forms -> resource-focused names) - Summary lines added / normalized (imperative mood, no trailing period) - 1 internal x-origin cross-ref patched to renamed operation No external cross-references to cloudhub (same-name matches to `api-experience-hub-consumer.getApplications` verified unrelated).
