feat: Add ecosystem page with interactive map

• Add Leaflet map integration to visualize locations
• Add German and English content files with entity data
• Update navigation menu and translations

For example, I still need to check all the addresses. And the descriptions on the German page are in English. And there's certainly a better word than "Ecosystem".

I will checkout the branch on my PC later and have a look. And will give you access to the repo so you can create branches directly on it so we can get cloudflare pages preview on the next PR ;)

One thing I need to do some research on is whether we need to have any opt-in and updated privacy policy when embedding the map. (For Google Maps you surely do, but OSM might be easier in that regard)

One thing I noticed with OSM is that the address of FabLab is shown at the wrong location on the map. That's very odd...
