I build AI-enabled scientific workflows and analysis tools for microscopy, with a focus on light-sheet microscopy, deconvolution, neuroinformatics, and scientific Python.
Contributed Python utilities for image analysis comparison metrics in the public MBFBioscience/MBFPythonUtilities repository, particularly in Image/Analysis/Comparison.
These metrics supported analysis used in an associated whitepaper.
- Focus: scientific image analysis, comparison workflows, and quantitative evaluation
I'm the founder of Arnas Technologies, where I build deconvolution microscopy software and imaging workflows:
- Arnas Scope — GPU-accelerated 3D deconvolution software for fluorescence microscopy (widefield, confocal, spinning disk, lightsheet, TIRF), available as a Windows GUI, CLI, and SDK/DLL. It carries the algorithmic heritage of AutoQuant AutoDeblur, which I helped create.
- Arnas View — a real-time 2D deconvolution SDK for OEM integration: a lightweight C-ABI DLL that runs inside the camera acquisition loop at <3.5 ms latency.
- Arnas Verify — an open reference implementation of the offline signed-license verification used in our desktop products.
- Bead Analyzer — open-source PSF and FWHM characterization from bead images; the measurement companion to PSF-informed deconvolution.
More on the Arnas blog — fluorescence microscopy, lightsheet imaging, and big-data workflows.
An open-source Python tool for characterizing PSF and FWHM measurements from light-microscopic 2D and 3D images of microspheres.
