Hey @AlexicaWright, I think this information https://neo4j.com/docs/aura/fleet-management/setup/#_set_up_the_plugin on using the Fleet Manager in self-managed deployments should be moved to the Operations Manual. Otherwise, we need to update the Aura docs as well.
There are some inconsistencies between the two manuals; for example, the version in which it was introduced differs between the Aura docs and the Operations Manual. Also, starting from 2026.03, Fleet Manager is built in, and the plugin will no longer be supported. However, it will still be supported in the version between 2025.07 and 2026.02 inclusive, 5.26, and 4.4.

Yes, that makes sense. We have a PR about the new one-step setup in the Aura docs: neo4j/docs-aura#931 which will go live with the 2026.03 release. Let's have a chat what to do in the meantime, @renetapopova

This feature falls in-between Aura and the monorepo in a way I don't think any other feature does, so it's a balancing act of where to put things. The idea is to put the bulk of the usage documentation of the overall feature in the Aura documentation because this is where the main interaction surface is (Aura console). But since the next release will come with this module built-in, we need to document usage of the surface that is shipped with Neo4j, which is mainly going to be procedures for configuring the service.

At least that's been the current thinking, but since you're the owners of the docs it's ultimately up to you.

I think it should be "Fleet Manager"

We capitalize it that way on the main marketing copy: https://neo4j.com/product/fleet-manager/ as well as the Aura documentation and inside the product itself.

Also e.g GDS is referred to as Graph Data Science in the documentation.

@SeBBBe, there is a mismatch between the procedure argument descriptions in the docs and the monorepo. They must be the same, otherwise, the test fails. I'll open a PR in the monorepo to update them
