Includes t/helpers-package-data.lisp because a test asserts the .asd version against a mirrored constant; the release commit cannot be the .asd alone here without leaving the tagged tree red, which is what happened to v1.6.0.

Fixes the tagged tree that v1.6.0 left red. A test mirrors the
.asdversion against+expected-system-metadata+, and bumping the.asdalone made that test fail, so v1.6.0's release job failed its ownnix flake checkand no release was published. The v1.6.0 tag remains and 1.6.0 is not reused.Verified with
nix flake checkrun AFTER the version bump this time: exit 0, 1696 passed / 0 failed.
