correcting the date of this change. It was originally announced for January, but mistakenly the date was set to June when the other changes were pushed out. The correct drop of infrastructure aggregation is a bug fix for compliance, and is active now.

The correct drop of infrastructure aggregation is a bug fix for compliance, and has been activated this week.
