feat(lsp): surface traceability gaps in family gate

Summary

• extends the LSP family gate with actionable provenance evidence, including origin tag presence
• adds backend docstring/wiki/raw traceability aggregation as a family warning category
• generates docs/LSP_COMPATIBILITY.md from the registry plus family report, including traceability status
