Change DB modules to handle both dimeric and tetrameric data. Checked that set_dependent_model in Bp Collection works for tetrameric data.
Added new constructors to StepParamsDB and ForceConstantsDB to take in higher dim db_data as input, updated ffield_packager and DNASimSerialization to handle tetrameric data.
Code now throws error if some tetramer is repeated in external file for ffield packagers. Code now uses "x" instead of "X" for unknown bp. Also added details to comments with my name.
Changed name of Tetrameric models and changed trimeric parameters to Cohen2017_dim parameters. Also added Cohen2017_dim internal model.
