fix(frontend): destructure drag-and-drop props with default fallbacks in NoteCard (fix #93)

Description

This pull request resolves the ReferenceError crash in the NoteCard component. The component defined drag handlers referencing allNotes, activeDragId, setActiveDragId, setDragIndicator, and setChildDragIndicator, but did not destructure them from props nor define local states.

Changes

• Updated frontend/src/components/NoteCard.jsx to destructure all required drag-and-drop props with safe default parameters (e.g. mock functions and null/empty defaults) to ensure stability even if the parent component does not pass some parameters.

Fixes #93
