fix(backend,frontend): allow empty note content and validate only title (fix #135)

Description

This pull request allows users to create notes containing only a title (leaving the text content blank) and to edit notes to clear out all their content. Previously, both the frontend and backend validation checks forced both title and content to be non-empty strings, throwing "All fields are required" validation errors when clearing note content.

Changes

• Backend: Updated createNote and updateNote in backend/src/controllers/notesController.js to validate only the presence and format of title.
• Frontend: Updated CreatePage.jsx and NoteDetailPage.jsx validation checks to allow content to be blank/empty, enforcing only the note title requirement.
