feat: enhance note schema validation for better data integrity

Description

Enhanced the Note schema with stronger validation rules to improve data integrity and ensure consistent data storage.

Changes Made

• Added custom validation messages for title and content required fields
• Added trim: true to automatically remove leading/trailing whitespace
• Added maxlength constraints (title: 100 chars, content: 5000 chars)
