Data: These are the original data files that were used in the code.

  • Chemicaldata_Maunalua.csv

Output: Output plots and summary statistics from the code

Maunalua_cleancode.R: All the scripts used to QA/QC, process, and analyze all the data and make plots used in the manuscript.

predictioncode.R: Script for the Bayesian sensitivity analysis.

DAG.R: Script to make the DAGS.

radonplot.R: Script assess relationship between radon and silicate from Nelson et al. 2015.

mapplot_noAPI.R: Script to make the maps. Must load the prediction code data first and you will need to get your own API from google cloud.
