These are the patches I've been using.

• a[rel] is needed on http://www.supernormalstep.com/archives/8
• a[class] is needed on some ComicPress sites. It does pick up some odd classes on pages, but it's better than failing completely.
• homestuck is needed on http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=005437, I'm not sure how to support it generically (using the text does not work, but that is the method repagination tries first...)
• descendant was needed on a news site IIRC
• same-origin was needed on boxer-hockey (Same-origin checks ignore redirects #6), although that site moved to tumblr; I'm sure there are other oddly-configured web servers out there that need this. There's still a check left so it only allows the site -> redirect -> site pattern.
