this should reduce issue when merging main into pr's branche.
It's also stop installing legacy codemod engin which was including dangerous js dep.
since we remove
correct-ts-specifiersfrom npm workspace test not run anymore so we stop including them in the cialso new dep resolve of ts need to use typescript v6 which is complicated so make changes
