This PR enhances handling of instances and adds the following features:

  • table design (new columns, css, buttons) for the overview of all instances as well as for creating new ones
  • information in stripe popup
  • sorting functionality for all table columns (with the help of: http://railscasts.com/episodes/228-sortable-table-columns)
  • helper methods clean up the slim/html code
  • if creation of a new instance failed because of name validation, the selected radio buttons (plan, region) are retained
