legacyhub is a workspace i built to make those handoffs less painful. it gives each organization one place for its tasks, documents, vendors, decisions, and history, plus an agent that can actually find and update that information.
instead of digging through folders, an officer can ask:

the agent searches the organization's sources, returns the relevant answer with citations, and keeps the work connected to the original records.
the workspace lives in sharepoint, where each organization keeps its documents, vendor history, handoff tasks, and active projects. copilot studio gives officers a conversational way to search that information, while power automate handles the background work when something needs to be updated.
i did not want to make another chatbot that floats beside the actual work and forgets everything afterward. the useful part is that a conversation can lead back to the board, document, or record that the next team will inherit.
each organization has its own space, so one club's history does not get mixed into another club's answers.
say a new treasurer needs to order shirts but nobody remembers which vendor the club used. they can ask legacyhub, get the old contact, quote, discount notes, and source documents, then decide whether to use that vendor again.
that is the kind of small question that normally turns into an hour of searching or texting graduated officers. legacyhub is meant to make it a two-minute handoff instead.
