Light Control

This program is aimed at controlling all the features of the DreamScreen from a C program (as well as Hue and Nanoleaf devices)

• Implemented support for groups (can talk to multiple IP addresses)
• Added RGB feature (display any color!)
• Added feature to translate RGB to HSV for other devices
• Added function to use libcurl to put data for Hue and Nanoleaf
