chore: update dependencies

Summary

• consolidate current dependency updates across the module, playground, and docs, including Nuxt 4.4.x, Better Auth 1.6.x, better-call 2.x, TypeScript 6, ESLint/Vitest/Wrangler, and the docs stack
• wire Vercel Speed Insights v2 through its Nuxt module, declare @nuxt/icon in the playground for Nuxt module resolution under pnpm, and point Vercel previews at the docs .output/public directory
• keep h3 on 1.15.11 and Tailwind packages on 4.3.0 because the current h3 v2 RC and Tailwind 4.3.1 break local builds

Supersedes dependency PRs #346, #347, #352, and #361.
