A java jar application to calculate the health of a stream based on species index
Clone the repository and go to the IARunner.java file in /src. From there you can create a map of your local watershed, add visual markers for potential study sites. Then after you conduct species surveys you can check the species you found and calculate the health of your local site and overall watershed.
