• Update README quick start now that the npm package is published.
• Refresh npm publishing docs to record v0.1.0 and trusted publishing as completed.
• Mark npm publish/trusted publishing items complete in the OSS launch checklist.

• rg stale pre-publish phrases in README/docs
• git diff --check

• No product code changes.
• No version bump or npm publish.
