Return an empty thread workspace header when there is no selected thread and the session is not loading. Update the source-level workspace test to match the new empty state behavior so the UI no longer prints a placeholder title in that case. The thread workspace should stay blank when there is no selected thread instead of showing a placeholder title that adds noise without helping the user.
This updates the active thread header logic to return an empty string for the idle no-thread state while keeping the existing loading title intact. The source-level thread workspace test was updated to lock in that behavior.
