Description
This pull request makes a small update to the funding options listed in the
Contributingsection of theREADME.rstfile. The PayPal funding option has been removed, leaving only Patreon and OpenCollective as supported methods.Motivation and Context
Reading the README I found that this link is broken.
How Has This Been Tested?
No test was done, it's a readme change.
