README.mddosyasını, AI/CS terimlerini anlamlarını koruyacak şekilde Türkçeye çevirdim. "Framework" kelimesi için ikilemde kaldım, şimdilik olduğu gibi bıraktım, ancak "çerçeve" olarak da değiştirebilirim, görüşlerinizi bekliyorum.Yaptığım değişiklikler:
README.mddosyasına Türkçe dokümantasyonun bağlantısı eklendidocs/tr/README.mddosyası doğru göreli bağlantılarla ve akıcı Türkçe ile oluşturuldudocs/tr/altında tüm eksik dosyalar (cli.md,coco.md,fiftyone.md,predict.md,slicing.md,index.md, vb.) oluşturuldu; henüz çevrilmeyenler İngilizce orijinale yönlendiren placeholder içeriğiyle işaretlendiDiğer dosyaları çevirmeye devam edeceğim. PR iletişimine Türkçe veya İngilizce devam edebiliriz.
