The legacy wrapper-validation is deprecated and no longer functions and must be replaced with the setup-gradle job. As for fetch-depth, this has been replaced with persist-credentials argument to prevent credentials from persisting. (Undo if you must use Git commands)
Fixes a second bug where Paper compilation would fail for a having too new data version.
No change for the wrapper JAR, However the SHA256sum has been restored because i accidentally cut it out.
