Fixes #332 by cleaning up the signal management for session saves/deletes.
Also rename all
receivers.pytosignals.pyto follow Django docs conventions.Also add a new field to the user model for basic tracking of additions to the (external) newsletter subscriber list, as well as a management command to export a list of users that need to be uploaded to the newsletter.
