Here we prepare the server to receive plugin instructions
The
ToolRegistrywas started to handle too registration.Now we need to handle more Plugin stuff. Also, we need a parent class to handle all plugins.
That why we propose two clases and the old ToolRegistry to be called directly
Plughin, much more easy to understand
