Oncontrol Gtk+/Gtkmm documentation project.

Oncontrol does use Gtk+/Gtkmm resources on the company developing branch. Although the usage this technology can be done easily with the large documentation which exist on the web, there are missing documentation piece which takes long time to discover.

In order to contribute to the community, the company will provide some documentation and discussion channels in order to boost the adoption of these technologies.
