This PR adds support for GHDL 6.0.0. There is no precompiled binary of this GHDL release for OSX x86-64 computers available in the release. I have therefore only added an entry for OSX aarch64. Additionally, only the LLVM and LLVM-JIT backends are provided for OSX (all other platforms currently use the mcode backend, and OSX x86-64 used to as well).
Additionally, I have fixed the download link for GHDL version 5.1.1 for OSX aarch64. While the download link is now correct, I am not able to test this change, since I do not have access to a computer with Apple silicon.
