Adds an action to auto deploy to railway when commits are pushed to main
The action can be disabled / enabled whenever by going to Actions > Deploy > Ellipses (top right) > Disable workflow
The workflow uses a repository secret which I've added, you can see the railway token at Settings > Secrets and Variables > Actions
