Ok. So it works with the pkg built in the CI and installed on windows locally inside an environment with the dependencies. All tests passe, unless But with pip install we still have a pb because there is still mingw ? |

I got it working but with gcc and so mingw that breaks plantgl. |

Update dependencies constraints on numpy
Would be nice to have a static build on all systems (I will create an issue)
