This PR is interesting for us as we mainly use a self-hosted GitLab for Drupal development. I have not looked at the code here yet. |

This is an initial stab at integrating Gitlab in the way Github is integrated, but includes support for self-hosting Gitlab (Gitlab CE). I have honestly no idea how far this has come along, but it's not 100%. :)
