Since there was a security issue, we upgraded lodash-es js lib to fix this CVE.
Upgrade a lot of minor js libs, since they don't require any codebase changes.

Since there was a security issue, we upgraded lodash-es js lib to fix this CVE.
Also upgrade all minors dependencies, since they don't require any changes in the codebase.
