Backporting JDK-8321303: Intermittent open/test/jdk/java/awt/KeyboardFocusmanager/ConsumeNextMnemonicKeyTypedTest/ConsumeNextMnemonicKeyTypedTest.java failure on Linux and JDK-8361606: ConsumeNextMnemonicKeyTypedTest.java fails on Windows: character typed with VK_A: a.

This PR fixes an intermittent bug (JDK-8321303/8361606) where activating a Swing menu item via mnemonic key press leaks a KEY_TYPED event to the underlying component, by calling SunToolkit.consumeNextKeyTyped() before executing the menu item's action.

For parity with Oracle JDK.

Ran related tests on linux-x64, linux-aarch64, macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:

make test TEST=test/jdk/java/awt/KeyboardFocusmanager/ConsumeNextMnemonicKeyTypedTest/ConsumeNextMnemonicKeyTypedTest.java

Results attached:
