This PR adds two configuration files for AI agent assistance in the repository:
AGENTS.md— Provides guidance for AI agents working on theagents-apirepository, covering project overview, repository structure, tech stack, build commands, and important rules (e.g. do not edit auto-generated code, Kubernetes API conventions)..qoder/agents/code-reviewer.md— Defines thecode-reviewersubagent specialized for the agents-api Kubernetes CRD project, performing automated code reviews with severity grading (Critical/High/Medium/Low).Motivation
These files establish consistent guidance and automated review tooling for contributors and AI agents working in the repository.
