Summary

Add the initial argo-knowledge skill under the new gitops directory.

The skill provides curated knowledge for Argo CD, Argo Rollouts, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, and related GitOps concepts.

Source

The skill was originally developed, tested, and evaluated in the following repository:

https://github.com/alimobrem/argo-skills/tree/main/skills/argo-knowledge

This PR intentionally imports the existing skill without significant modifications. OpenShift-specific updates and further integration changes will be handled in follow-up PRs.

Changes

  • Add the new gitops skill category.
  • Add the argo-knowledge skill.
  • Include its existing references and evaluation content.
