Add required annotations to ClusterServiceVersion files for community-operators catalog compatibility. These include categories, description, and feature flags (some of those are used also by the openstack-k8s-operators/openstack-operator as well [1]). I have no idea what we have to do in order for this operator to be FIPS compliant 🤷. Maybe something to investigate later?
