That's duplicating something that is already done in the dev role - if we're going to do it there then we should remove it from the role. |

What I don't understand though is how I was able to successfully run your test from #836 last night without this? |

I took this by copying from other cookbooks that do the same thing. I'm not 100% sure what
:roleimplies but that's the only value used elsewhere!
