Added an `<hr>` tag to separate project cards visually on `projects.html` and added a "Visit App" link pointing to `https://tomorrowmusic.us` for the Tomorrow Music Entertainment project, styled identically to existing links. Added a horizontal line between project cards on the projects page to visually separate them better. Also added a missing "Visit App" link to the Tomorrow Music Entertainment project pointing to the live site at https://tomorrowmusic.us.
