Overview
This PR improves the installation documentation by updating the validation date
and clarifying GitHub UI changes.
Changes
Motivation
The previous instructions referenced an older validation date and UI, which may
confuse new contributors. These updates improve clarity and reliability.
Testing
Manually reviewed and verified installation steps on a Linux machine.
Additional Note
The current documentation includes screenshots of an older GitHub UI.
If needed, I can update these screenshots in a follow-up PR to reflect the latest interface.
