- active le job desktop AppImage sur ubuntu-22.04 via tauri-action
- workflow_dispatch permet de smoke-test le build AppImage sans créer de release ni pousser l'image serveur
- create-release et docker-image sont tag-only
- l'AppImage est toujours uploadée comme artifact
- sur tag, un job séparé attend create-release + desktop-appimage puis attache l'AppImage à la GitHub Release
- aucun changement produit, aucun tag
