- Adds Vitest + Testing Library harness for client-web.\n- Covers the React Query hooks for Releases and Private Messages, the two newest realtime-heavy frontend surfaces.\n- Adds npm scripts: test and test:coverage.\n- Local checks green: test:coverage, typecheck, lint, format:check, production build, diff-check.\n- No product behavior, no seed/demo code.
