Closing as redundant after OSAC-244 follow-up in osac-aap#331:

• compute-instance-operations-ig is an optional mount (optional: true); default KubeVirt VMaaS does not require creating this Secret.
• OpenStack credentials are not a VMaaS prerequisite (Neutron/cluster IGs cover OSP use cases).
• Dedicated VMaaS setup (remote kubeconfig) is already documented in this README; optional compute secret extension point is covered in osac-aap and osac-installer#223 docs.

No operator code or doc change needed for this task.
