Having looked at the previous link for newsletter, I think linking the newsletter to joining the community on Osca Kampala organisation Page is better

@kaksv these are different things all together.
- Joining community ideally should have a basis of getting to be a member of the community.
- Subscribing to newsletter includes receives latest publications of OSCA kampala.
