OPML EXTEND is basic PHP class that improve your Google Reader or other rss subscriptions. This class list your subscription, detect inactive or moved subscriptions and remove/update these feeds. There is an online example in example/ folder. In addition, there is an CLI tool. CLI usage: php cl.php -f subscription.xml
