Align the reader-facing published-paper boundary with the frozen v1.2.9 manuscript and its final public release. - point the published paper record to DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21882158 - identify paper-local-ode-v1.5 as the immutable release tag - retain v0.7.4 and v0.9.3 as the theorem-bearing software boundary - preserve the exclusion of later v0.10.x continuation work - distinguish the historical/concept DOI from the preferred version DOI - update repository checksums Scientific boundary: - no manuscript or theorem-bearing asset changes - no certificate, protocol, JSON, or atlas changes - no Arb rerun - GLOBAL_FLOW_CLAIMED=false - no global-flow claim Excluded actions: - no tag creation, movement, deletion, or push - no GitHub Release changes - no Zenodo changes
