Uses "BuildRelease" from the dagger builds which creates cross compiled tapes binaries and just in time containers: this avoids the long problematic qemu cross compiling builds where gcc can error or oom: https://github.com/papercomputeco/tapes/actions/runs/23232765267/job/67529727724
