This PR updates the reusable Kubernetes image-build workflow so the Docker Bake path uses a newer actions/download-artifact reference, aligning that step with the other build variants in the same workflow.
Changes:
- Updates the
build-ecr-bakejob to useactions/download-artifact@v8. - Brings the Bake artifact-download step in line with the single-image and matrix-image jobs in this reusable workflow.
