Adds
DOCS_ASSISTANT_API_URLto the Pages build so the new docs chat widget gets its endpoint at build time. Same pattern asCUSTOM_DOMAIN— the value comes from a repo variable (already set), and if it's unset the widget just stays hidden.The widget code itself comes from upstream (polkadot-developers#1730); once that merges and syncs down, deploys will render the widget pointed at the assistant service.
