This PR cannot be merged at this time because @babel/eslint-parser (currently at 7.28.6) does not support ESLint 10. Its peer dependency is eslint: ^7.5.0 || ^8.0.0 || ^9.0.0. The only versions with ESLint 10 support are v8 release candidates, which also require @babel/core v8 RC — introducing pre-release dependencies. Additionally, typescript-eslint (8.53.1) would need to be co-upgraded to 8.57.2+ for ESLint 10 compatibility. Moving to draft until the ecosystem catches up.
