New Theme called og.theme

What: This PR adds a new theme that is a lot more like the OG google snake with og-theme.css.
Why: This matters because it provides the player with a more realistic google snake game feel.
Verified: I verified this by running my code in the terminal. I expected to see my theme work in the terminal. I observed that it worked well and was in the drop down menu.
Status: This PR is (ready for review).
